I first tried honey cakes at Fremantle market on the recommendation of my friend and thought they were yummy. I live in the UK but I order honey cakes as gifts for my friend who lives in Perth and she is a big fan, she always says the honey cake is her favourite present. My daughter came to Perth in Sep last year n brought some honey cake home for us. I was going to Perth in Dec. The Northbridge shop became our last stop before flying home. We bought 2 halal slabs, some small boxes n premium gift boxes... so, I guess u know how yummy the cakes are ;).
