Inspired by a centuries old Bohemian recipe, a unique combination of alternating light, honey-flavoured layers, with smooth creamy caramel topped with freshly ground walnuts and honeycake dust.
Handmade from premium natural ingredients and free from preservatives, each individual layer is carefully assembled to create a taste harmony of unique flavour and smooth texture.
It all started as a Birthday cake for a friend.
THE HONEYCAKE made it's first appearance on a Perth's foodie scene in May 2013, as a humble market stall.
Over the years, with 4 stores now, THE HONEYCAKE has become a cult following dessert destination amongst Perth locals, foodies, and travellers alike.
