Layers of our signature honey flavoured biscuits and refreshing pandan-coconut cream, topped with a shredded coconut and homemade pandan short bread.

 

To enhance the natural style of THE HONEYCAKE we recommend decorating with fresh flowers.

Storage and Shelf Life

Pandan-coconut Honeycake will keep its best appearance and flavour
for a maximum of 10 days. We recommend refrigerating, preferably in an air-tight container, away from strongly scented ingredients. Avoid direct sunlight and/or very high temperatures to prevent melting.

Ingredients &  allergens

Contains: milk, wheat flour (gluten), butter, egg, sugar, Western Australian honey (10%), coconut milk, coconut, pandan essence, coconut essence, may contain traces of tree nuts. 

All cakes are made on a premises that handles walnuts, gluten, eggs, dairy, coconut, therefore contact with these ingredients may occur.
