As Australia’s first maker of this treat, and the first commercial baker to bring The Honeycake to Australia, we include local ingredients like raw honey, high quality walnuts and certified free ranged eggs.

George Blazenec and Simona Kapoun are no strangers to mixing old and new. They’ve adapted a classic Czech recipe handed down from Simona’s family friend to suit modern Australian taste buds and ingredients.
